Callam Sports Photography is the source for your sports photography needs.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders usually take about 2 weeks to process and ship out. In our peak seasons it may take a little bit longer.
How do you ship the photos?
Photos are packaged with great care. Prints are packaged in plastic bags and then mailed in cardboard mailers. Larger items are shipped in tubes or boxes depending on the size.
Can I expedite my order?
In most cases, yes. Please send us an email at callamsports@gmail.com and tell us your order number, name and when you need your order by. We will make every effort to get your photos to you by then. Please note that collages and statuettes can not always be expedited.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we mail all of our packages through the USPS.
How do I find photos from my event?
From http://www.callamsportsorders.com/mp_client/pictures.asp, you are able to browse through the list of available events by clicking through the events links. Once to your event, you are able to browse all of the images in a thumbnail view or in a slideshow view.
Am I able to see the photos larger?
Yes, click on the icon that looks like a magnifying glass. The image will appear larger, and you can easily order the image or put it into your favorites folder to save or order a multiple image product.
How do I add to my Favorites folder?
First you must create an account. All you need for an account is to create a username and a password and enter your email address. Once you have created your account and have logged in you simply click on the icon with a plus on it, and the photo has then been saved to your favorites.
