FAQ

Orders usually take about 2 weeks to process and ship out.  In our peak seasons it may take a little bit longer.

Photos are packaged with great care.  Prints are packaged in plastic bags and then mailed in cardboard mailers.  Larger items are shipped in tubes or boxes depending on the size.

In most cases, yes.  Please send us an email at callamsports@gmail.com and tell us your order number, name and when you need your order by.  We will make every effort to get your photos to you by then.  Please note that collages and statuettes can not always be expedited.

Yes, we mail all of our packages through the USPS. 

From http://www.callamsportsorders.com/mp_client/pictures.asp, you are able to browse through the list of available events by clicking through the events links. Once to your event, you are able to browse all of the images in a thumbnail view or in a slideshow view.

Yes, click on the image that you would like to enlarge or click on the magnifying glass below the photo that you want to enlarge. The image will appear larger, and you can easily order the image or put it into your favorites folder to save or order a multiple image product.

First you must create an account. All you need for an account is to create a username (your email address) and a password. Once you have created your account and have logged in, you simply click on the middle icon with a plus on it below the image you want to save, and the photo has then been saved to your favorites.

Yes, if the event has been removed from www.callamsportsorders.com, we will re-post the event for 14 days with a $25.00 deposit. Your deposit will be returned to you via a gift certificate for $25.00 off your order. Please call: 402 419-6218 to have images re-posted
