1. What products do you offer?
   Callam Sports provides a variety of products and services to their clients. Our products include: sports and activities buttons, custom and standard memory mates, posed team photos, action team photo collages, individual collages, game prints, and individual photos with custom-designed digital backdrops. We also produce memorable end-of-season collage gifts for coaches and senior team members.

2. How do I place an order?
   We make ordering easy. Place your order for a player collage by clicking on "Order Player Collage". A team parent or representative should order the team photos by clicking on "Order Team Photos". Place your order for Individual photos by clicking on "View/Buy Photos". Then follow the listed directions. If you experience difficulty with ordering, you may contact our help services at cspservice@alltel.net.

3. Do you charge a fee to photograph events?
   Yes. A $60 fee is assessed for each event that we cover. We will photograph 1-3 individuals at an event and this fee may be divided between the participating parties. For events such as swimming, track and field, golf, gymnastics, etc., that may last for several hours, a $25 per hour fee is assessed for photography provided beyond the initial 2 hours. If you know specifically the times that your athlete is going to be competing during one of these events, CSP will arrange its arrival time to coincide with obtaining photos without having to remain through the entire event.

4. How many pictures will I get to view of my athlete?
   The number of pictures that you get of your athlete will vary depending on his/her playing time and on the number of athletes CSP is photographing during your scheduled event. If your athlete is the only one we are photographing and he/she plays a significant portion of the game, you will have significantly more pictures to select from than if we are photographing 3 individuals and/or your player does not see significant playing time.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
   Once your order is placed, individual photographs will be sent within two weeks. For poster collages and action team collages, you should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

6. How do I receive my order?
   CSP will either mail your order directly to you for a shipping fee or allow you to pick up your order at our office location.

7. What type of photographic image quality should I expect?
   All of our photographs are taken with Canon professional digital cameras and (L-series) lenses; and our prints are processed at a professional lab that utilizes 125-year archivable Fujifilm photo paper. As with all photography, lighting plays a significant role in image quality, therefore outdoor photos taken under ambient light conditions will provide better overall image quality than indoor photographs taken under halogen or iridescent lights.

8. How do I schedule you to shoot an event for me?
   From our home page, click on Request Photography and follow the directions that are provided. Or, simply contact us by phone or email to make your request.

9. My athlete doesn't see much playing time – can you still provide me with pictures?
   Yes. If an athlete sees minimal action, we can make sure to focus on him/her when they enter the contest. Additionally, we can capture images during pre-game warm-ups or during arranged sessions when your athlete could wear his/her game uniform for a series of photographs.

10. Do you offer discounts?
    Yes. With any print order there are built-in volume discounts. We also offer individual collage packages at reduced prices. Also, when ordering action team collages there is a maximum charge that is reduced by $1 for each additional order beyond the order minimum of 7 – down to a minimum charge. For example, if a team orders 16 action team 11x14 collages, the maximum charge of $35 per collage would be reduced by $9 (16 orders minus 7 minimum) to a charge of $26 per collage ordered. If 22 or more orders were placed, the minimum charge of $20 per order would apply. Additionally, Callam Sports offers a FREE 5x7 print to any individual that orders an individual collage, and to those who hire us to photograph an event (up to 3 individuals).

11. How many athletes/performers do you photograph at an event?
    We will photograph from 1 to 3 individuals at an event. If a group of parents want us to photograph all the players – as in the case of obtaining images for an action team collage – we will gladly do that. Of course, the free 5x7 print offer does not apply when we are hired to photograph 4 or more individuals at an event.

12. When do we pay for your services?
    For Photography service, a check is required prior to CSP shooting your event. For picture orders, you may make payments by sending a check when you obtain your total from the shopping cart, or pay with your credit card through Pay Pal. Your bill, including sales tax and shipping charges (if not picking up your order directly from our office), is automatically calculated and displayed after your photos are selected.

13. Do I get to select the photos I want to have put on my athlete’s collage?
    Yes. Simply enter the photos desired after selecting Order Individual Collage from the Individual Collage page. Callam Sports does reserve the right to artistic expression, and the photographs you select may be cropped or otherwise enhanced in order to create the most visually appealing layout possible.

14. Do you travel outside of Lincoln, Nebraska to photograph events?
    Yes, we will travel outside of Lincoln. There is an additional fee that is charged at the rate of 40 cents per mile.

15. Do you take team pictures?
    Yes. We will take standard group photos of your team, or we will produce a custom-designed action team photo collage – this includes an image of each player captured during game action. Our action team collages include each player’s and coach’s name, the school or team name, other text as desired, and decorative digital imaging.
